I've lost quite a bit of weight lately, and I've happily thrown out a lot of my fat-clothes. But my regular size things don't fit yet... so, a problem.

I went to the mall today thinking I would be able to find something on sale.

I did. Two dresses.

On my way back to my car I ran into a former student. We chatted for a second, and then she said, "I will always remember your class, it was the only one where I felt comfortable speaking."

Imagine that.

you can do it 'metric' or 'standard' - but isn't the US alone in the 'standard' corner now? is it really a standard, then?
