8 127 000 Latinos are in the Voting Age Population in California, but only 4 433 000 (54%) of those are actually citizens.2 455 000 Latinos are registered to vote in California. That's 55% of those that have the right to do so. Compare that to 76% among Whites, and 73% among Blacks.
