When you are a girl, and you are about ten,you learn how to make scones.
Then you make scones a lot.
And then you forget.
Today I remembered.
I used olive oil instead of butter,
and I eyeballed all ingredients.
Scones turned out fine.
And I had one very happy boyfriend.
