The trail was closed
so I went to the park.
It looked like a
post card there.

I was also reminded how
Americans like to ride
their bikes for exercise.

They put the bike in the car,
drive to the park,
and ride around all
dressed in
spandex biking outfits.

I never get used to this.

Swedish people ride their
bikes when they need to
get somewhere.
They wear their
ordinary clothes,
and everyday shoes.

And then when it rains
your hair products
melt down into
your eyes,
coating your
contact lenses.
