salad

I made a salad earlier.
It's all gone.
It's gone because it was good.

I fried sundried tomatoes,
chopped-up
sundried black olives,
and garlic
in olive oil and
balsamic vinegar.
Then I poured that over
arugula and butter beans.
Roasted pine nuts.
Salt, pepper.
