I like your blog. I like the philosophy of enjoying the differences between people, but my philosophy is only a little different. I like to enjoy the similarities, mostly humour.
What I try to teach my students is that we are all both different and the same, at the same time. But since accepting differences often is a greater challenge than accepting similarities, usually I end up talking more about the differences.
It has been shocking to me to realize how much racism there is in the US, and how little people know about each other.
